This is the story of my life as a SAHM to a deaf-blind former 24 week preemie. Isolating, frustrating, heartbreaking, and so worth it.

Oh where is my baby?
This has been a busy weekend. Noah has a new baby cousin as of this morning, and yesterday he got his new glasses. As is only right, Noah celebrates with a song...
Yup, we are having trouble! I'm going to have them readjusted the next time we're in town, but I'm not particularly optimistic that it'll help. Today at speech therapy one of the therapists (who apparently used to work at an eyeglasses place) said that if we get the nose part adjusted really wide it might help. I do know they put different pads on (round, & squishier than the regular ones) and that was supposed to help. Good luck!
What a sweet little boy- I thot the song sounded like it belonged with a hairbrush! I kept thinking it sounded familiar and I realized he was mixing the veggie songs. Very cute!

DId you get cable templed glasses (flexible wire that wraps around the ears)?
If so, are you having a hard time keeping them tight and up on his nose? Arianna's keep falling down...
